Governing Groups & Committees

RCSA council members sit as student representatives on Regent College’s Board of Governors, Senate, and on various institutional committees. These governing groups meet throughout the year on a regular basis to address decisions, concerns, and opportunities regarding student experience and the institution governance. Most committees are fixed, others are seasonal. See below for the current student representative in these governing groups.

*The following committees require the incoming executive members to appoint a council member to be the student representative: Summer Programs Committee (1 rep), Distance Ed Committee (1 rep), Health/Dental Plan Committee (1 rep), and Building Committee (2 reps, one of whom is the VP Student Life). All other appointments are pre-assigned as part of the council member’s role.
