Et Cetera Submission Guidelines

We would love to receive your articles, stories, poems, artwork, jokes, recipes, and classifieds! Here’s how:

• Submit prose in Word format and submit visual art in digital format to etcetera@regent-college.edu

  • For prose, the maximum length is 1000 words (longer stories or articles may be serialized over multiple issues).

  • For visual art, no promises can be made about the quality of printing but black and white line art will reproduce best.

  • Publication dates are below:
    January 30
    February 27
    March 26
    April 16

  • The deadlines for submissions are always the Wednesday before publication date.

• Submit classifieds to greensheet@regent-college.edu.

The small print: Contributions may be made by current students, faculty, and staff. All submissions are subject to proofreading edits and may be returned for more substantial revision. There are no guarantees that submissions will be printed.
